Part of this course is knowing where your data goes. Here is where ours goes. This page is generated from the server configuration, so it stays true.
- Where your data lives
- The application and everything it stores (your profile, memory, conversations, decisions and documents) live on a server in New Zealand.
- Where thinking happens
- No model is connected to this deployment. It is a prototype: the agents reply with scripted text, nothing you write is sent to any model provider, and no inference happens anywhere.
- Embeddings
- No embedding provider is connected. Document text is indexed locally on this server.
- Training
- Nothing you write or upload is used to train any model, by us or by anyone else.
- Payments
- Credit top-ups are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What that means for you.
Inside the Studio you can share figures, name staff and upload documents. It is a private platform, your data is stored in New Zealand, and none of it is used for training. The same is not true of a consumer AI tool or a public artifact. Your agents will remind you of that, once, when it matters.
Your teacher never sees your conversations. They see summaries with names removed and figures replaced by bands. You can export everything you have written at any time, and ask for your account to be deleted.
